Vivo Buds Launch in India at ₹1,999 With 50-Hour Battery

Vivo has expanded its audio lineup in India with the launch of its new Vivo Buds true wireless earphones, priced at ₹1,999.
The earbuds are aimed at users looking for an affordable combination of music playback, calling and gaming features.
Vivo claims the earbuds can deliver up to 50 hours of total battery life when used with the charging case. (The Times of India)
The audio system uses a 10mm High-Resolution Speaker Driver, designed to deliver clearer detail across the listening range.
For phone calls, the earbuds feature Dual-Mic AI Call Noise Cancellation, which uses AI-based processing to reduce surrounding noise and make voices easier to hear.
Vivo has also positioned the Buds as an option for mobile gamers, with the India launch coverage citing 42ms gaming latency.
Connectivity is another highlight, with the new earbuds supporting Bluetooth 6.1 and simultaneous connection to two devices, according to Vivo's launch information reported by The Times of India. (The Times of India)
Each earbud weighs approximately 3.8 grams, keeping the individual units relatively lightweight for everyday use.
The earbuds are available in two colour options, giving buyers some choice in appearance.
Vivo says the Buds are designed for several everyday scenarios, including listening to music, making calls and playing games.
The 50-hour figure refers to combined playback with the charging case rather than continuous use from the earbuds themselves.
Vivo's global product information for the Buds also lists features such as AI call noise reduction, multipoint connectivity and a 10mm high-resolution driver. (vivo)
The product enters a highly competitive Indian TWS market, where buyers have numerous options around the ₹2,000 price segment.
At ₹1,999, Vivo is therefore competing primarily on the combination of battery endurance, audio hardware and smart calling features.
For consumers, the key question will be how the earbuds' real-world audio quality and call performance compare with competing models in the same price range.
