About Duniapress

Duniapress covers Panvel, Navi Mumbai and Raigad — the civic decisions, tenders, court orders and local events that shape daily life here and are rarely covered in detail anywhere else.

How we report

Our stories are written from primary sources: municipal and CIDCO documents, court orders, official statements, public datasets and our own reporting. Where a story was prompted by a wire headline, we go to the underlying record rather than rewriting someone else's article.

Every story that rests on a document, a figure or an official statement carries a citation you can check.

Where we use AI, and where we do not

We use AI tools to help draft from source material we have gathered, to check grammar, to suggest structure, and to translate into Hindi and Marathi. Every article is read and approved by a person before publication. Nothing publishes automatically.

Articles drafted with AI assistance carry a note saying so. We do not use AI to invent quotes, facts or sources.

Corrections

If we have got something wrong, tell us and we will correct it and say what changed. Write to [corrections@duniapress.com].
